This special interest session will include walking around campus while learning some tips and tricks for taking better photos. e.g. things to be mindful of when shooting content. Specialized camera equipment is not required, but please bring something to take photos with - Phone, digital camera, etc...

Burnout Prevention: Developing a Positive Psychology Stress Mindset

This participatory session will start by looking at the habits and challenges of modern society. Then, using theory and practice from positive psychology, we will look at how a better understanding of our physiological responses to stress, can help us turn it from a liability into a resource.  This session will explore and provide concrete strategies for self-care and resilience in the face of daily challenges and stress.
