We are writing to let you know that Western’s provider for the Employee (and Family) Assistance Program (EAP) is now rebranded to TELUS Health. It was called LifeWorks. You continue to have access to the same services and professionals by calling 1-855-597-2105, available 24/7.
The web-based platform and app are now called TELUS Health One. If you have the LifeWorks website bookmarked, please update to: https://one.telushealth.com. The previous url will redirect you during the transition. If your LifeWorks app does not prompt you to update, please visit the App Store or Google Play and search for TELUS Health One. Your username and password remain the same. You may continue to see reference to LifeWorks while they transition services over the coming months.
If you have not yet registered for online access you can visit: https://app.lifeworks.com/signup/invitation and select “I can’t find my invitation code” to request a new one. Note that you must use your @uwo.ca email account for this service.
EAP offers counselling, coaching and work/life assistance and resources at no cost to employees and their families. Services are fully confidential within the limits of the law and no identifying information is reported to Western.
