The PMA Support Group provides a confidential system of peer assistance for PMA members who need advice, information and support to resolve work related issues.

Performance Dialogue Goal Setting

The PDG is an annual feedback process for PMA-Eligible employees and their leaders to discuss performance, work goals, and professional development plans.

PMA Dependant’s Tuition Scholarship Program

Subject to plan conditions, dependent children of current, regular full-time PMA employees are eligible to receive tuition benefits for full-time studies taken for credit towards a degree from Western University.
