Performance Dialogue Goal Setting

The PDG is an annual feedback process for PMA-Eligible employees and their leaders to discuss performance, work goals, and professional development plans.

PMA Dependant’s Tuition Scholarship Program

Subject to plan conditions, dependent children of current, regular full-time PMA employees are eligible to receive tuition benefits for full-time studies taken for credit towards a degree from Western University.

As an eligible PMA staff member, you have access to educational funding for a variety of opportunities relevant to your current or future career aspirations at Western.

Professional Expense Reimbursement/Health Care Spending Account

Western provides PMA Eligible employees with spending accounts that can be used to cover a wide variety of expenses. These accounts include the Professional Expense Reimbursement Account and the Health Care Spending Account.
