The Professional and Managerial Association (PMA) is delighted to congratulate Ashley on being selected as the 2025 recipient of the Nancy Kendall Award. Since joining the PMA in 2011, Ashley has consistently supported the association’s mission of leadership, excellence, and integrity. Her transformative work as Chair of the Racial Equity and Belonging Committee has strengthened relationships across the membership and created meaningful opportunities for dialogue and inclusion. Under her leadership, the committee has thoughtfully addressed key issues identified through the WIDE survey, helping to foster a greater sense of belonging for equity‑deserving groups and reinforcing that all members are valued within Western’s campus community.

Ashley’s dedication to advancing racial equity, supporting Indigenous students, and championing collaboration reflects the very ideals embodied by Nancy Kendall. Through her vision and commitment, she has enriched the experience of PMA members and made a lasting impact on both the association and the broader university community.
