Further to our Annual General Meeting, all PMA members are invited to attend a Job Evaluation Workshop hosted by Louise Koza, Director of Total Compensation, HR.

Louise will walk you through the process of evaluating a position and explain how different factors influence the final outcome of the overall salary grade evaluation.

For those individuals unable to attend this session, a future session will be scheduled in the Fall.
