Dear Members,

On behalf of the Negotiations Committee, we are pleased to inform you that Human Resources will begin implementing revised compensation for you this month in accordance with the amendment to the memorandum of agreement (MOA) between Western and the Professional Managerial Association. Specifically, salary adjustments will be implemented effective October 1, 2023 and paid on your October monthly pay. A lump sum payment of $2,000 for eligible members will also be paid on this month’s pay. There are no increases or lump sum payments on November pay; they are added to October this year instead. 

As a reminder, you can view both the MOA and the amendment on the members only areas of the PMA website. You will need your Western username and password to log in.
